During the current financial year, the Company has proceeded with the assignment of its business branch from XXX to its subsidiary YYY, public corporation, which shares the same corporate purpose. In this regard, the Company actually assigned, on February 24, 2000, the mentioned business branch through the leasing of the working staff placed under the XXX Division, subcontracting and/or transferring the contracts related to that division. Apart from these aspects, the above-mentioned assignment does not assume the leasing of any other additional assets or liabilities.
