(A ne pas confondre avec le franÃ§ais "eau douce", qui parle d'eau non salÃ©e, d'ailleurs". Aussi, pour facilitler la lecture du texte, il faudrait une virgule aprÃ¨s "In brewing". Je n'avais pas remarquÃ© non plus, qu'il manquait le mot "the" entre "for" and "brew" Sorry about this, can you fix it?
