Franky, j'ai dit que j'étais d'acccord avec le texte, mais il sera préférable de remplacer "non lime water" with "soft water". (A ne pas confondre avec le français "eau douce", qui parle d'eau non salée, d'ailleurs".

Aussi, pour facilitler la lecture du texte, il faudrait une virgule après "In brewing".

Je n'avais pas remarqué non plus, qu'il manquait le mot "the" entre "for" and "brew"

Tantine, I didn't notice this "without" before "using non lime water", I've got to erase it, haven't I? I'll do the modifications as you said.
Note that in my old dictionary "soft water" is given as "eau douce"...
