Remarks about the translation
This appears on the dedication page of an unknown dissertation, but I am unable to contact the author directly. I know almost no Latin words and absolutely no understanding of Latin tense, grammar, etc.
Any help you can give would be most appreciated. This is not for my homework assignment, but I am glad you put a warning against that sort of thing on your website. I am on the faculty of Troy University and teach Information Systems. My need for translations is rare, but I am most appreciative of your site for the odd occasion that I might actually need it.
