I cannot pay for your new windows. The old ones were single. They kept steaming over, and the windowsills were always wet. I always needed to clean away the mold. If you can't open the windows, just cut out the mastic around them and they will open easily. I put the mastic on because the wind was blowing in through the gaps. Your old electric heating is not working at all. I painted the room, the hall, and the windowsills for you, and you're still not happy.
