TRY 187,500 (one hundred eighty-seven thousand five hundred new Turkish lira), which is half the cost of the property, was converted to American Dollars at the rate of TRY 1.20 on July 15th, 2007, and the money owed was set at US$ 156,250.00 (one hundred fifty-six thousand two hundred fifty U.S. dollars).
XXX Company will pay YYY this sum in U.S. dollars by December 31st, 2012, either as a lump sum, in installments, or in advance. AXXX accepts this form of payment in advance, and declares and promises to pay this debt.
