אפשר לנצל את הערבית שלך קצת? יש כמה מילים שאני לא מבינה, בסוף המשפט.
(מלבד "התרבות" בשם המשרד, שלא תורגם לעברית וצריך להוסיף).

המילה תרביה - تربيه - בספרותית, חינוך (או מחנך), ובמדוברת היא תרבות. עם זאת תעלים - لتعليم - הוא גם חינוך או לימוד; לפיכך תרביה אבתדאאיה تربيه أبتدائيه יהיה חינוך יסודי, מן הפועל בדא - بدأ - התחיל.
عدد المعلمين - יש לשנות למספר המורים, ולא מספרי המורים.

وزارة التربيه والتعليم even in English means Ministry of Education which in Hebrew means משרד החינוך , therefore, "education" in English and החינוך in Hebrew, both cover التربيه والتعليم in Arabic, BUT, if we will translate it literally then: التربيه= civilization= תרבות and التعليم= education= חינוך
