I found this
Jamaican site, and many others too: I think it is Jamaican slang, or an imitation of it.
It should mean: that a brother.
It doensn't seem a complete sentence, anyway...

"Dat a mi bredda" es un tema musical. Por supuesto que no es polaco, sino una variante muy especial del inglés que se utiliza en Jamaica y América central.
Dat = that
Bredda (or Brodda) = Brother, (close) friend
Esta frase significa más o menos, "that is (my) brother" o bien "that is a (close) friend of me"
