Hi Tutu, I know little English that's why I cannot talk to you on the phone and I feel very sorry, excuse me. And about that photo issue... it doesn't matter, calm down, I don't have any expectation. You are really nice people and that's enough for me. Please don't get upset, don't let this or that get to you .
Remarks about the translation
calm down/ feel relieved

Hi cheese, just a few corrections:

Hi Tutu, I know little English, that's why I cannot talk to you on the phone and I feel very sorry, excuse me. And about the photo affair...(?) it doesn't matter, calm down, I don't have any expectation. You are a really nice person and that's enough for me. Please don't get upset, don't let this or that get to you.

What do you mean by "photo affair"?

Hi lilian,

"the photo affair" I think there is a problem with a photo ( maybe they discuss about it) and the writer wants to summarize the whole thing by saying "the photo affair" but I know that the word 'affair' may seem weird. Can we say "the photo thing/ stuff/ subject" ? Or maybe only "about the photo" ?

She also means that "you (all) are really nice people" so should I add "all" here?

Hum..."the photo issue" would sound better

If that line is plural "you", then it's fine
