Besides your sentence and mine, we could make some other sentences with different wording and still meaning the same thing.
What about:
"High voltage can be dangerous to work with"
And...I didn't say I wouldn't accept your version. If so, I would have posted:
It can be dangerous to work with high voltage. ---> Working with high voltage can be dangerous.
