''Biliyor musun, seni gerçekten çok sevmiştim, bunu şimdi daha iyi anlıyorum.''
And the second ''bunu'' must be removed. |

As Hazal noticed above, the Turkish text is badly writen and needs edition. It should be:
'Biliyor musun, seni gerçekten çok sevmiştim, bunu şimdi daha iyi anlıyorum.
Aklım hala sende.
Neden gönlüm seni hala seviyor?'

I edited the original according to your suggestions.
About the firs line in the translation...actually Hazal had written: "Do you know", but I edited it because that's an interrogative structure. That doesn't seem to be a question.
'Do you know,(that) I realy loved you!... 
'You know,(that) I really loved you!...

Biliyor musun is a question in Turkish, meaning 'do you know', but I think the translation as it is now is ok. | | |
