खो जाता हूं has a meaning of getting lost as in "I get lost in art & poetry". If you want to capture the meaning of dwell, one should translate it as either मैं कला और कविता पर स्थापित हूं or मैं कला और कविता पर [जिंदा] रहता हूं

I was considering the second option you suggested. Btw even the exact literal translation कला और कविता में मैं बसति हूँ wouldn't be wrong.What do you think?
