"ayni anda" literally means "at the same time/simultaneously", but it didn't quite sound right in English. The Turkish original is quite poetic, I did my best to preserve this.

"-Hamam" shouldn't be at the end of the text. Maybe iyyavor thought these sentences were said by hamam but they're part of the song "Eylül Akşamı" as Bilge indicated in the remarks.
In fact, the word "hamam" was in the Turkish text but I removed it because it doesn't make any sense at all. So I think you should remove it from the English text too
