Look, in Turkey people donâ€™t smooch people randomly. If you kiss someone that means you are in relationship. Shortly, kissing is something special for me. Do you know what I mean?

I'd place a comma after "First of all", and a colon after "I want to ask this" "What are you thinking" would sound better in English as: "What do you think" 'relationship' being a singular noun calls an article (a/the) "I really wonder your answer" should be: "I really want to know your answer" or " I wonder what your answer will/would be" every random person ---> people randomly/at random I'd also add "together" after "This is our last day", otherwise it may look like the are about to die... Tell me what you think.
