Well, each Japanese word is perfectly written, but the text in its entirety sure wasn't written by a native speaker. It looks like machine translation from French, or some other language that has the expression "ca peut aller" (which Japanese doesn't have), meaning "it will do".
Reconstruction of the text back through French would give:
