Recharge - in case you have prepaid cell phone and stay out of money / credit, someone else can recharge it for you. I believe this girl had prepaid number in Italy (as I did) and someone else had recharge it for her, so they can share sms / calls...
I'm still confused about the question mark, because it's in the original Italian. Is it a question in the Italian? If so, it should be a question in English.
