Baby-sitting sounds like a fun thing hehe. I'm a bit busy later this evening so I may not have enough time. (when you say "later", it sounds like it´s later the same day, doesn´t it?) | | | 28 Ianuarie 2008 10:44 | | piasNumărul mesajelor scrise: 8113 | Yes, it does..and I actually thought that it was about the same day.. but later on after the "job". Maybe it's better to write as you proposed Anita, then it can be both the same day..and later on (another day).
Should I correct dramati? | | | 29 Ianuarie 2008 05:58 | | dramatiNumărul mesajelor scrise: 972 | Nope. In English later can be anytime after right now...same day, same year...in English if I want to say a specific time I would say: later today, or later this week, or later this year. It is fine as it stands. Later is a nice English word which allows a person a lot of ways out if they didn't show up at the proper time. I use it a lot when I want to C.M.A. |
