Hi kfeto,

just a few remarks:

After checking, it was clear you have overpaid the amount of 92.92€. We request you to include a bank account number and your signature on this letter so we will be able to transfer this sum back to you.

Tell me if any of these does not convey the original.

I'm sorry kfeto, but the only one you may leave the way you did, is the first one: "it is clear" which is not technically "wrong".

However I insist on correcting:

1- We request you to include
2- bankaccount ----> bank account

Please?

hehe
ok bank account i corrected.
but other i can't.
as i see it the object of 'to request' is that what is requested not the person from whom is requested.
so the object here is "you include a bankaccount number" not "include a bankaccount number".
the 'you' here i used as a part of the request/object, not to express from whom is requested, then i would have used "from you"
i hope this makes sense:-p if not feel free to edit

Hi Lilly, Hi Kfeto

The English should read "...overpaid the sum of92.92..."

It should then read either "We request you to include..." or "We request that you include..."

Hope this helps
