Commentaires pour la traduction	This is a formal letter. In Hebrew there are few changes and differences in the way which one writes this kind of letters. I was trying to "stick" with the original text, so the letter is written in a "bizarre" way to the English reader, but is loyal to the original. [I have made a few corrections. -- kafetzou]
