Hello

I send greetings to you in return from Turkey.
Wonderful, your writing is really in accordance with the spelling and punctuation rules of Turkish.
You've written the sentences better than me.

Yes, it's me in the picture. Have you ever been to Turkey?

Are you a muslim?

May God also keep you, be well...

Hi kfeto,

"I send greetings to you in turn from Turkey."

Do you mean:

"I send greetings back to you, from Turkey."
or maybe:
"I return your greetings, from Turkey." ?

"..your writing in Turkish..."

hi lilian

to do something "in turn" is to reciprocate with the same gesture.
it is a valid expression
if you feel like simplifying it, go ahead...

kfeto,

you say: "to do something "in turn" is to reciprocate with the same gesture"

The expression "in turn" means:
"one at a time", "one after another".

EX: The host welcomed the guests in turn.

It also mean: "as a result"

EX: She was angry with me and I in turn was very upset.

You may mean : "in return".

I think you were just confused because they are very similar expressions.

interesting
both the meanings you mentioned are given here in the free dictionary:
http://idioms.thefreedictionary.com/in+turn

and more: the second one says also "equal effect" and thats the one that applies here
im pretty sure about its use like this
ex. i cheated on her and she in turn cheated on me

Hi Kfeto,
I think "ALEYKÃœMSELAM" shouldn't be translated, muslims use it all over the world.
Just put in the comment field why you don't translate it, explaining it's the usual reply to Selamünaleyküm.
What do you think?

hello miss
well i didn't really translate it litt,
i used hello to signify he said something as a greeting. I don't think it would be right to just not put anything there.

peace be upon you != Aleykümselam
Aleykümselam can be used as inreply to the greeting “ selâmünaleyküm=peace be with you !"

I also send greetings to you in turn from Turkey.
