תרגום - טורקית-יוונית - Galatasaray en iyisidir

a)I chose to translate from the Italian so a little clarification is needed. Is is supposed to say that this is the best team or just good as the english translation says?

b) Is Galatasay different from Galatasaray (sp?)? I think they are the same but I am not all that big into sports I'm afraid
