Nope, it should be "Te iubesc în ciuda tuturor lucrurilor."

Thanks a lot, I edited, because there were only one diac missing, could be assimilated to a typo and I won't bother someone, moreover when in doubt about nature of the mistake, for one small diacritic missing.
