Nice translation (that is, judging by the English text as I can't speak Arabic ) My job is just to make the English sound as good as possible.

Could I make a few suggestions to make the English sound more natural?

- we would like to cooperate with you; we would like to ask you to provide us with your product catalogues for us to keep in our office.

I know an office is different from records If the Arabic word really is about records and can't be used for a more general space, I suppose we should keep 'records' in the translation.
