they will suit for you --> they will be suitable for you, or they will do for you

Hi Girls and boys

"misses" should read "mistakes"

Also the phrase "we thank you in advance for seeing and recollecting..." seems slightly "clumsy" in english.

Maybe "we thank you in advance for reading and remembering..."

Perhaps the first phrase would read easier with a break after "compile here"

=> "...compile here. In hoping that they will be suitable for you, we thank you in advance..."

What do you think?

Hi, Kaf and Tantine

I've taken account most of your suggestions, but, Tantine, I can't change "misses" for "mistakes" without harming the sense. The last phrase doesn't refers properly to errors, but to things that were eventually forgotten. Any other word?

Hi Goncin

What about "any missing ones" or "any omissions" or "any lapses".

Personally, of the three, I would opt for "omissions".

Hope this helps

Hi goncin,

Maybe also if you add "of" => "...of any omissions"
