in that case the most simple option is to put it at the very beginning of the sentence. you'd better add は (see example below), will be clearer for a japanese
eg: someone は 次の言語を読むできる

but I've just realized there is a stupid mistake in the translation I did. I've been thinking about it and it would be better to say it this way, you can copy the sentence below

he/sheはこれを言語が読める

effectivement je n'ai jamais traduit les titres, c'est très idiot mais ça ne m'était pas venu à l'esprit...
