I am with NADJET20 version, there is no "prefer" at all. I think the meaning you have chosen marhaban is not correct.

actually if we think about it the arabic version is cracky! it should be
أنت تحبين
so considering the way it is written above i am guessing its a question in slang:
do you like your husband's body? i would choose "like" over "love" in this case
