Target language: English

With its successful, professional, elite, academical and administrative staff that is leader in many fields in Turkey, it aims to educate young people who reach the world culture, strengthen their own selves in consideration of Atatürkist ideologies, completely loyal to his principles and revolutions, secular, modern, researcher, reformist, and have the command of technology and basic culture matters.

Remarks about the translation
There is no obvious subject in this sentence that's why I just took "it" as the subject.

Hi cheese,
If you are in all sentences referring to the subject "it" (it is probably an ad for a school which would be that 'it'), I think the last line should be:

"...and has the command of technology..."

Am I right?

Hi lilian

Actually I have realized that shouldn't it be like "..people who reach the world culture, strengthen their own selves, in consideration of Atatürkist ideologies, completely loyal to his( Atatürk's ) principles and revolutions, secular, modern, researcher, reformist, and have a command of technology and basic culture matters."

Because "it" must refer to sth like a company, a university or a union and the rest of the sentence refer to the people they would like to educate.
