| | but, its not true translation. because, voglio = to want , and you says that is "to wish" :S :S
are you sure is it true??? |
| | 17 Januarie 2009 22:06 |
| | Arturo, I think it should be translated as:
"I love you so much".
I'll set a poll just to make sure. |
| | 17 Januarie 2009 22:15 |
| | mmmmmh yes, maybe.. "ti voglio bene" that uses for saying as I love you.. the other words for emphasis to say " very very much" coz' mondo= world
ok.. thank you |
| | 18 Januarie 2009 00:02 |
| | Esta frase quiere decir "te deseo lo mejor, las mejores cosas/espero que te encuentres con buenas cosas en la vida", no se corresponde con "I love you so much!" |
| | 18 Januarie 2009 00:19 |
| | No Isildur,
I wish you the best = tanti auguri, i migliori auguri |

| | What about the Catalan text? What does it mean?
"I love you" means "T'estimo" in Catalan (I found it in Popular sentences project). |
| | 18 Januarie 2009 00:57 |
| | In catalan it is correct; literally "I wish you the best". |
| | 18 Januarie 2009 01:06 |
| | Anyway, catalan translation says "I wish you the best" and this one says "I love you so much".
Obiously, at least one of them is not correct.
Let's an italian native speaker give his/her opinion... I can't take to the situation in this website of accepting a translation without a native speaker OK. |
| | 18 Januarie 2009 01:12 |
| | Don't worry Isildur, this translation will not be accepted until the Italian experts who were already asked to help, reply. |

| | 18 Januarie 2009 01:34 |
| | yes it's true... in that case is catalan translation the wrong one! |

| guilonNumber of messages: 1549 | Take a look here, Lila, there seems to be a controversy, I am not a native speaker, but I am pretty sure that line means "I love you so much".
On the other hand, I wonder if we should turn a blind eye to this translation that turns out to be a double request. CC: lilian canale Lila F. |

| | Je pense que la traduction n'est pas bonne car "Ti voglio un mondo di bene" ne signifie pas forcément que l'on aime au sens d'une "relation de couple" ce que je ressens dans la traduction anglaise "I love you so much". Mais bon, je peux me tromper car ne maitrisant pas à 100% la langue de Shakespeare. |

| | According to our Italian expert Xini this translation is correct therefore the one into Catalan will have to be corrected.
Thanks to all. I'll accept it. CC: guilon |
