(It was very short anyway, so I could decipher what word meant what, in correspondence to my French too!)  So I just fixed up the English way of expressing that idea, and then validated the translation.
Would it have been better etiquette to have asked you first, before I went ahead and fixed the English? I'm still new at this validating process, and I want to make sure I do it right...
