Is the worst "most" in the Arabic?

didnt quite understand, what do u mean is the worst "most"?
in Arabic we dont have "most," and here the word in Arabic is already an exageration form, which does not exist in English so we add "most" to it...
anyway, this line in particular is a popular form both in Arabic in English, all I had to do is copy and paste from other places on the web... its the single statement Mulims use at the beginning of everthing, specifically reading Quran.
