"Μανούλι" is slang for a very sexy young woman. In this case it's probably used for a man though. "Μανουλομάνουλο" comes from the concatenation of the word "μανούλι" with itself to create a funny sounding superlative form of "μανούλι". "Μνμμνλ" is supposed to be the consonants from "Mανουλομάνουλο" but it's wrong. It should have been "Μνλμνλ".
