bridging: this is an expression used in Arabic: Allah Aleik, which is originally: Masha Alla Aliek, which is an expression of admiration in slang exactly means Alla's wishes upon you, I do not know any equivalent in English, by meaning it would be close to: God Bless You, so I think for simplicity this one means:

I was wondering, actually because I "systrannized" the text from Arabic into English, and obtained : "Allah [e'l]ی[k] ی[aae'raaq]", so that I noticed "Allah" was in this text, so before seing your post here I was going to ask the translator if the text wouldn't rather mean : "Allah is with Iraq".
I'm going to edit with "God bless Iraq".
