I was wondering, actually because I "systrannized" the text from Arabic into English, and obtained : "Allah [e'l]ی[k] ی[aae'raaq]", so that I noticed "Allah" was in this text, so before seing your post here I was going to ask the translator if the text wouldn't rather mean : "Allah is with Iraq".
I'm going to edit with "God bless Iraq".
