Översättning - Engelska-Grekiska - kingsmoot

I translated it as "king's council" in both cases" as the nearest thing we had to a moot was "ecclesia" the gathering of citizens in ancient Athens and other democratic cities to discuss vote etc. Certainly not the right word to translate a.. "royal" moot :)
