I see that you want to use that "that's my thought", but that's not very common in English.
The use of the verb "intend" already shows that she has that in mind, the "intention" of taking the course. If you want to break the sentence in order to insert those words, you can change it into:
"Hello! I'm a 19-year-old girl, I'm a hairdresser or I'll take a course to be one, that's my intention/will.."
