I'd suggest a few changes in order to sound better in English. Tell me what you think, OK?

"Tahir Görgülü was born in 1970 in Ankara and he started his professional career right after his graduation, first(ly) in Ankara then in İzmir and abroad."

I removed that "for" which is not necessary.
