I'm not sure how to translate the first phrase... it's like an encouragement. The person says to his friend to be strong. In French: "Courage, mon amie!". I think you read French, but if you don't understand tell me and I'll try to explain better and in English.
The second phrase means: "You're always in my thoughts/in my mind".
