I've translated from Italian and with a bit of help from Italo. I'm getting positive votes but I noticed the tone in my translation is more positive / hopeful than in the English translation. This is mainly due to my use of 'strength' instead of 'nerve' and 'draw back' or 'pull back', meaning something like 'retrieve' for 'tirare fuori'. It is mainly this 'tirare fuori' I'm not sure about. Here is a bridge for my translation:

What I have done to you... what I have done to both of us is shameful / disgraceful but if you have the strength to make me beg forgiveness for my deeds then you will have the strength to get back the love I feel for you.
