Wednesday, 7 March 2007, Reykjavik District Court was assembled in the Judicial Council /Lækjartorg and held by Sigurði.... district judge.

On behalf of the defendant, the court summons Sigurður hrl.
The attorney informed that the contracting party had agreed without court of law and that the case can be seen as closed without expenses.

OK, I’ve done the edits, but I kept “Lawsuit”

Also wonder if “dómþingi slitið.” couldn’t be translated as: “Court case dismissed.”?
