... so we now know that this is not medical - it's about psychological pain, and the fact that it's not made any better by moving (from one living situation to another). But the original does say "the area of the pain" - area in the sense of geometry. Maybe it would be better to translate it as "the size of the pain", but that's rather a free translation. I'm not sure what else to do.

I told you about this translation, just because I don't know Turkish at all, so I didn't know if you had to change something in the English text, once you knew the contest.
If it doesn't make any difference and if the word "area" is a better translation of the Turkish word for it, just leave it as it is.
