I'd just correct the first sentence into
"It's the fifth time I'm using it" or even "This is ..."

The other two lines are correct except for the use of "that", which is not necessary (not wrong, though).

In the class the professor told us that "It is the first time..." asks for present perfect "It is the first time I have used this computer". and "It was the first time" asks simple past "It was the first time I used the computer". As I have difficulties in Italian grammar, too, I get confused.

rozakia has made the changes needed, I just edited the second sentence into "That..." because we are talking about the past and must use "that" instead of "this", but for the rest I, myself consider the translation correct.
