What about "it doesn't sound unfamiliar at all" or "it is not completely alien to me" instead of saying "I am not alien from this" -which I think is not natural in English?

I think you can say 'I am not alien to this', meaning 'I am not unfamiliar with this'. Mesud is right in that it is not used very often and both his suggestions and the above @I am not unfamiliar with this' sound a bit more normal.

I am not sure about 'by jingo' - this is a very quaint expression, giving the impression the speaker is trying to pick a funny-sounding and somewhat posh 19-th century exclamation. Is that what is intended? Otherwise, how about a more commonly used one like 'by god'?

I think the context must be something like this:

A: Hey Çetin, I like this one (A says he likes the girl he is looking at now)

B or A: To tell the truth, she looks pretty familiar.
