Durga has many different forms as sakti, she is the â€œultimate female principle of the first female deity in the universe, she is the essence of creation. She slays demons and exists without male protection or guidance. Mata is a term of respect; a divine mother; a namah is to bow to in reverence.

	Tantine Nombre de messages: 2747	Hi arcobaleno Durga is my kind of goddess then!! I'm not sure that "sprout" is exactly the right term, maybe we can find a better one, this one makes me think of brussel sprouts!! Can you explain why you have written "Durge" if she is already known as "Durga" in English? Bises Tantine
