Why is there 3 "?" in the translation as they aren't any in the original text?

there are 3 different ways of asking how this person is in my translation , because the person who added this text to be translated missed the point of punctuation , dear jp and if you carefully observe my translation , i explained why i used such a way of translation . i think there can not be any one sentenced-translation for this text . i accept that my albanian is very limited but i know how to greet someone in albanian . however , if you still have doubts about my translation , you may ask someone albanian and then cancel my translation ( if you find me wrong ) .
