n. 6 dl vehnäjauhoja



Täyte:

100 g Voita

n. 3 Valkosipulinkynttä ( maun mukaan )



Murenna hiiva haaleaan veteen. Lisää mausteet ja öljy. Lisää jauhot nesteeseen ja vaivaa kimmoisaksi. Anna kohota noin 1/2 tuntia peitettynä.

Jaa taikina kolmeen osaan. Kauli palat pyöreiksi, halkaisijaltaan noin 35 cm:n kokoisiksi levyiksi. Sivele pehmeä valkosipulivoi levyjen pintaan. Kääri levyt rullaksi ja nosta pellille leivinpaperin päälle. Leikkaa terävällä veitsellä viillot patonkien pintaan. Kohota peitettyinä, voitele pinta vedellä ja paista 225-asteisessa uunissa 20-25min.

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Add sugar, salt and oil. Add the flour and knead until the dough is elastic and smooth. Cover the dough and let it rise for 1/2 hour.

Divide the dough in three parts. Roll out the dough to a diameter of 35 cm. Mix butter and garlic and spread the garlic butter over the dough. Form the dough into rolls and place them on baking paper. Slit the surface of the baguette with a sharp knife. Cover the dough and let it rise. Brush with water before baking, bake at 225 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

There are a few things I'd like you suggest.

Divide the dough in three parts. Roll out each part to a 35-centimeter rectangle. Mix butter and garlic and spread the garlic butter over the dough. Form the dough into rolls and place them on baking paper. Slit the surface of the baguette with a sharp knife. Cover the dough and let it rise. Brush with water before baking, bake at 225 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Eng: roll the parts into round pieces of around 35 cm diameter.

Hello itsatrap100, I think you are right, thank you! This is about "halkaisija", diameter..not a rectangle. But I wonder, why roll it round?
