"Disco de suporte" seria a minha tradução mas naturalmente que seria mais fácil traduzir no contexto da frase

I've sent a message in French to leticiaschlup, but she apparently didn't understand because she didn't answer.
I blocked all the translations unti;l she answers, because I spent one hour trying to find out the right translation for her word in Wikipedia, and I would like her to answer my question.

I´m look for the tecnical translate, but i think this is Suporting Disk, Disco de soporte, Disco de suporte, because i believe that he talk about a ortopedics pieces.

"Placa de apoio" ou "Disco de apoio"

Tenho um dicionário técnico de alemão => português e achei isto..

Anyway, "Disco suportado" it's so weird...

Will be much better: "Disco de suporte", "Placa de apoio" ou "Disco de apoio" ...

It's right, that "Disco suportado" is wrong, because that could mean "supported disc" => the disc is supported by something.
But the disc has to support something!
