| | Hi Pia,
My turn!
" I'm going to educate me as it, that's my thought.."
What do you mean?
"I intend to become one (hairdresser)"
or
"I intend to take a course to be/become one" ?
Also "I'm a 19-year-old..." |

The meaning is: first she says that she is a hairdresser, but then she corrects her self and tells that she intends to take a course (study) to become one ...and in the end she says that this is her thoughts, what she have in mind to do. Sorry my explanation ...did you get it?
New try here: "Hello! I'm a 19-year-old girl, I'm a hairdresser or I intend to take a course to be one, that's my thought.."
Better? |

| | I see that you want to use that "that's my thought", but that's not very common in English.
The use of the verb "intend" already shows that she has that in mind, the "intention" of taking the course. If you want to break the sentence in order to insert those words, you can change it into:
"Hello! I'm a 19-year-old girl, I'm a hairdresser or I'll take a course to be one, that's my intention/will.."
