in my opinion, it would be better, if you change the places of the translation and the explanation.
the translation should be 'Если тебя есть на свете...', and the explanation of the (possible) meaning of this phrase 'Если с тобой всё в порядке, ....' on the explanation pool.

the translation 'Если тебя есть на свете...' is totally incorrect according to Russian grammar rules. If you want to give such a meaning to this phrase, it should be: "Если ты есть на свете..." But in my view, with such a translation the whole phrase "Если ты есть на свете, пожалуйста, ответь!" sounds quite strange on Russian.

plus, ya napisala 'tebya', a ne 'ты'. a, eto sovsem nepravilno skazat 'Если ты есть на свете..'! I guess, you want to say 'Если ты на свете..'.

Дословный перевод ближе по смыслу, но тоже надо бы доработать. Я бы перевёл с английского так: "Если есть ты в этом мире, отзовись!" - в меру поэтично и смысл сохраняется. Либо лучше оставить дословный перевод с небольшими исправлениями.
