"So that I might be informed better"

That would be perfect inverting the sentence, not in the beginning.
You should turn the sentence into:

"I request that you send me a notification in Turkish so that I might be better informed."

im gonna leave the order of "better" because otherwise it changes the meaning slightly.

How would it change the meaning even slightly?
"informed" and "better informed" work as adjectives.
If you consider "better" as an adverb (in a better way), it still comes before "informed".

well i wanna use it as an adverb.
so it should come after informed.
before it could also be an adj as you say, but behind it, it cant so theres no confusion
