As we haven't got any expert for Urdu, how will we know the translation that was done from it is right? We can't even know whether this text is correctly transliterated and translatable according to our rules.
So what to do with this kind of texts?

Btw I tried to input the text in persian script that Urdu uses, but unfortunately I don't have an IME. I tried copying from char map, but the letter placements are bizarre. I can't combine them properly.
